Data Deletion
Last updated October 6, 2026
You can have your Prime Meridian data deleted at any time, including anything we obtained from a connected Google or Instagram account. You do not need a reason and we do not charge for it.
Delete everything
Email contact@mrdncreative.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. If you cannot email from that address, say which account you mean and we will verify another way before deleting anything.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days, remove your data from live systems within 30 days, and purge it from encrypted backups within 90 days. We keep only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep (invoice and payment records) and nothing else.
Delete only what came from a connected account
If you want to keep your Prime Meridian account but remove platform data, disconnect the account (Google, YouTube, Gmail, Instagram, or TikTok) inside Prime Meridian. Disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the data we pulled from that platform. YouTube data is deleted within 7 days of disconnecting inside Prime Meridian, or within 30 days if you revoke access from your Google Account instead, and does not persist in our backups beyond their seven-day retention. When you disconnect Gmail, the deals and terms you confirmed stay, so you can still invoice them. We delete the rest of your Gmail data within 30 days from active systems and 90 days from backups. You can also revoke access from the platform directly:
- Google: Google Account permissions
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Prime Meridian
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services → remove Prime Meridian
Revoking from the platform stops all future access immediately, and we delete the data we pulled within 30 days, as our privacy policy describes; the Gmail deals and terms you confirmed stay.
Bank and card connections: on the Money tab, “Stop syncing” ends a connection and keeps the payments it brought in, and “Disconnect and delete what it brought in” ends it and deletes the payments that came only from that bank. Either way we end the connection with Plaid at once.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, login, and account settings.
- Mail sent to and from your primemrdn.com address, including attachments. Our email provider keeps its own copy of emails Prime sent for you, for its own retention period.
- Deals, contracts, invoices, tasks, and documents.
- Your books: the payments and spending you track, your statements, receipts and tax forms.
- Your bank and card connections, ended with Plaid first, and the names, types and last 4 digits of the accounts you shared.
- The details for the tax form brands ask you for, your tax number included. You can also delete them yourself at any time, on the Money tab.
- Who you shared your books with, and the record of each code we sent them, each sign-in, and each time they looked or downloaded. Removing someone ends their access; this record stays until you close your account.
- Media-kit content, uploaded screenshots, and cached metrics.
- Any data retrieved from connected Google or Instagram accounts.
- Stored credentials and access tokens for connected accounts.
- Usage and analytics records tied to you.
What we keep, and why
Invoice and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are retained in a form that is not used to operate the product or to contact you. Everything else goes.
