Privacy Policy

Prime Meridian is operated by Meridian Creative Inc. (“Meridian,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to get it deleted. It applies to primemrdn.ai and every Prime Meridian surface, including the business mail we issue on primemrdn.com and the public media kits we publish at kit.mrdncreative.com.

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and the login credentials you set.
• Content you give us — creator profile details, rate expectations, contracts and attachments you upload, and anything you type into the product.
• Business mail — messages sent to and from the primemrdn.com address we issue you (for example, you@primemrdn.com), including sender details, subject lines, message bodies, and attachments.
• Google user data — only if you choose to connect a Google account. See the dedicated section below.
• Meta and Instagram data — only if you choose to connect an Instagram account: your profile, media, and the audience and performance insights Meta exposes for it.
• Public platform data — publicly visible metrics for the social accounts you tell us are yours.
• Usage data — which pages you open and which actions you take, so we can tell what is working.

What we do with it

• Run the features you asked for: your deals, contracts, invoices, media kit, and metrics.
• Publish your media kit, when you choose to share it, at a link on kit.mrdncreative.com that anyone with the link can view.
• Read incoming business mail to identify brand opportunities and draft replies for your approval.
• Produce documents and summaries you request.
• Keep the service secure and diagnose faults.
• Communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to serve or personalize advertising.

Google user data

Connecting a Google account is optional and never required to use Prime Meridian. If you connect one, we request only the scopes needed for features you have switched on, we show you those scopes on Google’s consent screen before you approve, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from inside Prime Meridian.

Prime Meridian’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice that means we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you have enabled, we do not transfer it to others except as required to provide those features, for security, or to comply with law, we never use it for advertising, and we never use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Human access. Meridian staff do not read your Google user data. The narrow exceptions are: you explicitly ask us to look at a specific message, we must investigate a security incident or abuse, the law requires it, or the data has been aggregated and de-identified so it no longer describes you.

Meta and Instagram data

Connecting Instagram is optional. If you connect it, we request only the permissions needed for the features you use, and we use the resulting data to populate your metrics and media kit and to inform the pitches we prepare for you. You can disconnect at any time from your Instagram settings or from inside Prime Meridian.

Automated processing and AI

Prime Meridian uses large language models to classify incoming mail, extract deal terms from contracts, and draft replies and documents. To do this we send the relevant content — which can include the body of a business email or an uploaded contract — to Anthropic, our AI processor, for processing on our behalf. Under our commercial agreement with Anthropic, that content is not used to train Anthropic models.

Drafts produced this way are proposals. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your explicit approval.

Who we share it with

We use the following processors, each only for the purpose listed and each bound to handle your data on our instructions:

• Anthropic — AI processing of content, as described above.
• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Fly.io — background processing.
• Resend — sending and receiving your primemrdn.com business mail.
• Apify — collecting publicly available social metrics.

We also disclose information where the law requires it, and to a successor if the business is acquired. That is the complete list.

Where it lives and for how long

Your data is stored in the United States. We keep it for as long as your account is open. When you close your account or ask us to delete it, we remove it within 30 days from live systems and within 90 days from encrypted backups, except where we must keep records to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or export your data.
• Delete your data — see Data Deletion.
• Disconnect any linked Google or Instagram account without closing your account.
• Close your account entirely.

California residents have the rights granted by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To exercise any right, email privacy@mrdncreative.com.

Security

Access to your data is restricted by row-level database policies so that your records are reachable only by your own authenticated session. Credentials for connected accounts are held encrypted and are never displayed back to us or to you. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Children

Prime Meridian is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
