Questions, answered

The short version of how Prime Meridian works, what it costs and what it does with your data.

Who is Prime Meridian for?

Content creators who work with brands. It handles the business side: offers, contracts, invoices, money and your media kit.

How do I get an account?

Meridian sets up every account. Email contact@mrdncreative.com and we’ll get you going.

What does it cost?

$65 a month or $686.40 a year, after a 14-day free trial. No card to start. See pricing.

Does Prime send email for me?

Never without your OK. Prime drafts replies, pushback and invoice follow-ups. Nothing goes to a brand until you tap to approve it.

What does Prime do with my Gmail?

If you connect Gmail, Prime reads it only to find mail from brands and bring those deals in. Everything else is skipped and never stored. The access is read only, so Prime can't send from your Gmail.

What does Prime read from TikTok?

Your display name, follower count, likes count and video count, and the view counts of your public videos. That is how your media kit shows your followers and average views. Prime never posts, comments or messages, and never sees private videos or drafts.

How do I disconnect an account?

Open your media kit and disconnect it there. Its numbers come off your kit right away and its data is deleted. YouTube and Gmail share one Google connection, so disconnecting Google removes both.

Is Prime a lawyer or an accountant?

No. Prime flags contract terms and estimates taxes to help you decide, but it isn't legal, tax or financial advice. For a contract that matters to you, have a licensed attorney review it.

Is there a phone app?

You can put Prime Meridian on your phone’s home screen from your browser. Here’s how.

How do I delete my account?

Email contact@mrdncreative.com from your account’s address with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 3 business days. The full steps are on the data deletion page.

Who makes Prime Meridian?

Meridian Creative Inc., in Los Angeles. More on the about page.
