Prime Meridian runs the business side of your creator career: deals, contracts, invoices, money and your media kit. Here is what happens, step by step.
1. Get your account
Meridian sets up your account and sends you a sign-in. You also get your own email address at primemrdn.com for brand mail.
2. Brand mail comes in
Give brands your Prime Meridian address, or connect a Gmail account. Prime finds the offers and turns each one into a deal with the fee, deliverables and dates pulled out. The full thread stays on the deal.
Mail that isn't a deal goes on to your own inbox.
3. Contracts get read
Attach or forward a contract. Prime goes through it clause by clause and flags the ones that cost you: long exclusivity, perpetual usage and slow payment terms. It drafts the pushback email for you to approve.
4. Invoices go out and get chased
Prime makes the invoice PDF. When you approve it, the brand gets a link to it. If a payment runs late, Prime drafts the follow-up and waits for your OK.
5. Your money, in one place
The Money tab shows what came in, what went out and what you kept. It tells you how much to set aside for taxes and when the next estimated payment is due. At year end it puts together a pack for your tax person.
6. A media kit with real numbers
Connect Instagram, YouTube or TikTok and your kit shows your follower counts and audience straight from the platform, so brands see current numbers.
What Prime reads from each account you connect
Connecting is always your choice, and each one asks you first.
TikTok
You sign in with TikTok. Prime reads your display name, follower count, likes count and video count, and the view counts of your public videos. Your kit shows your followers and average views.
Never posts, comments or messages. Never sees private videos or drafts.
Instagram
Prime reads your follower count, post count and your audience's age, gender and country. Your kit shows your followers and audience.
Never posts. Never messages anyone.
YouTube
Prime reads your public subscriber and view counts, and your viewers' age, gender and country over the last 90 days.
Never posts or uploads anything. Never changes anything on your channel.
Gmail
Read only. Prime looks for brand mail and turns offers into deals. Everything else is skipped and not stored.
Can't send from your Gmail. Replies go from your Prime Meridian address, after your OK.
Disconnect Instagram, YouTube or TikTok from your media kit at any time. Its numbers come off your kit right away and its data is deleted.
Nothing goes out without you
Prime drafts. You decide. No email, invoice or follow-up goes to a brand until you tap to approve it.
